Each year, Butler County is illuminated with thousands of beautiful holiday lights displays featuring some of the holiday’s most popular scenes: Santa and his slight, reindeer, penguins, and more. Here’s our list of The BC’s spectacular holiday light displays:
Holiday Lights on the Hill
When: Daily now through Dec. 31 | Mon-Thurs: 6 p.m.-9p.m. & Fri-Sun: 6 p.m.-10p.m.
Where: Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum
Admission: By the car load (up to 8 passengers) Mon-Thrus: $20 & Fri-Sun: $25
Bring your friends and loved ones to this award winning holiday lights display where guests can drive through a magical winter wonderland of lights and monumental sculptures glowing with Holiday spirit! Holiday Lights on the Hill was features on the cover of the Ohio Winter Calendar of events!
Light Up Middletown
When: Daily now through December 31 | 6 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Where: Smith Park
Admission: Admission by donation
Enter through the tunnel of lights to enjoy a sparkling fantasy land. Light Up Middletown is a circle driving tour with several themed areas including a floating sea serpent in the fishing lake, Santa's Workshop, Santa's sleigh, train, animated swans, American flag, penguin village, deer leaping over the roadway, a lighted helicopter, airplane, and hot air balloon - all with thousands of twinkling lights. The fun expands every year in the 100-acre park.

Admission: Free – donations accepted
Visitors can enjoy tens of thousands of lights that illuminate the path. Fifty speakers set the mood with Christmas music as you view life-size nativity and several Biblical scenes telling the real story of Christmas. In addition there are hundreds of decorated trees and live animals. The walking path is wheel chair and stroller accessible. Hot chocolate and cookies available.
Brilliant Bebb – Illuminated Pioneer Village
When: Friday & Saturday, December 6-14 | 6 p.m.-9 p.m.
Where: Governor Bebb MetroPark
Admission: $10/car. $20/15 person van, $35/bus
The Pioneer Village will be decorated with thousands of mini lights and luminaries. Each cabin will be beautifully decorated in a different Christmas. Entertainment will include music, pioneer cooking demonstrations including food samples, crafts, and activities. Take your family photo on an authentic sleigh. Food and beverages will be available for sale. A holiday shop will offer holiday themed items.
