Spring Has Sprung In April


Get to The BC in April and enjoy some of the best events that spring has to offer.

With warmer weather on the way in The BC, take your family to Kite Fest at Voice of America Park to kick off spring. Kite Fest features colorful kites of all shapes and sizes and is the perfect springtime event to spend with family and friends.

Learn about conservation and protecting our planet with the Lorax! I am the Lorax, and I Speak for the Trees at the Middletown Public Library will teach youngsters about caring for our planet while playing games, crafting, and planting flowers. I am the Lorax is for kids in grades K-5 and registration is required.

The Ohio Mozart Festival presented by the Hamilton-Fairfield Symphony Orchestra will be music to your ears in April. This unique festival celebrates all things Mozart and includes wine tastings, musical entertainment, and more.

While spring has sprung in the BC, there’s one last hint of winter’s frosty grip. The Annual Spring Ice Show at Miami University’s Goggin Ice Center is a family friendly theatrical show on ice. The production showcases Miami University’s synchronized skating teams as well the men’s ice hockey team.
