The Crazy Cardboard Regatta is coming to Voice of America Park in West Ch
ester on July 16-17! This event focuses on the teambuilding and the fun competitive spirit of building a boat from cardboard and racing it for creative prizes! You’ll have to paddle your boat 200 yards to the finish in order to win such prizes as Most Patriotic and The Titanic (for the best sinking ship).

ve watercolor paintings? If so, don’t miss the 143rd Annual American Watercolor Society Exhibit at the Middletown Arts Center July 6 through August 16! This collection will feature the very best of American Watercolorists, selected from over 1,000 submitted works! The 40 paintings shown in Middletown are the finest, chosen by an elite jury from a final 108 watercolors that were shown in New York earlier this year!

Run for your liberty at the Liberty Township 5K Race on July 4! The Race starts at 8:30 a.m. at Lakota East High School, heads north around the Freshman building, then south around Liberty Commons Shopping Center, and back to the main stadium. After the Race stick around and show your patriotic spirit at the 25th Annual Parade beginning at Lakota East High School and finishing at Liberty Park. You’ll love the floats, the Lakota East Marching Band, fire trucks, and more!

Antique car enthusiasts will be in heaven with two huge car shows happening in Butler County this
July! The British Car Club Car Show will be held in Harbin Park on July 18 and will celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Range Rover. You and your family can enjoy food, music, valve cover racing, and fun summer activities at this event! You can also get your fix of antique cars at the 56th Annual Antique and Classic Car Parade being held on July 24 in Hamilton and Fairfield. Feast your eyes on over 300 cars at this festive parade, along with the featured car of the event: the Cadillac.
The charming college town of Oxford is celebrating its Bicentennial this year! Celebrate with them at the July 3 Bicentennial Celebration Parade starting at Uptown Parks! Families and business are encouraged to participate in this spirited event. Pet owners and children ages 6-12 are welcome to decorate their pets and walk in the pet parade! And be sure to see the Unveiling of the Bicentennial Sculpture prior to the vintage baseball game at Oxford Community Park on July 16.
